So what’s Yoga all about? Well initially like most I thought Yoga was all about flexibility and striking a pose but in more recent times Yoga has meant freedom for me.

  • Freedom from my mental health issues – anxiety and OCD
  • Freedom from my crippling sciatic pain - when I turned 30 I couldn't walk to the end of my street!
  • Freedom from my digestive health issues - Ulcerative colitis
  • Yoga has been truly life changing for me both physically and mentally and it’s my hope to spread this freedom to other people. Yoga couldn’t be further from the advertised image we all see, it’s about reconnecting with yourself and listening to your body, going back to basics and understanding who you really are. It is a journey of a lifetime and something to be embraced.
